Return and Refund Policy

P Gabriel Formal Wear accepts eligible return requests made within 8 calendar days after delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and in its original condition with all tags and original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, contact us at admin@pgabrielformalwear.com before sending the item. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service because we cannot guarantee receipt of a returned item.

After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by bank or card issuer.

Items that have been worn, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned outside the 8-day period are not eligible for return. Gift cards and items marked final sale are not returnable.
